This software is a converter ofdbx files which are mailbox data of OutlookExpress5.x/6.x. Because of using plugin, this software can convert to any file format even if there is a plugin which supports the format.
The archive contains some plugins to write following formats:
eml format (1 file per message)
UNIX mbox format (multiple messages in 1 file)
bmf format (Becky! Ver.2 data)
